Create a free World Cargo account, and make sure to check the box to ship freight. If you already have an account, ask your account rep to enable freight shipping.
Pack your freight shipment.
How do you put freight on pallets? Or safely stack bags, cartons, drums, and boxes? Get freight packing tips that answer your questions.
Look up your freight class (LTL shipments only).

Request a liftgate if there's no loading dock.
A liftgate is a platform on the back of a truck that raises and lowers freight between the ground and the trailer. If you need a liftgate at pickup or delivery, check the appropriate box or add it to the Bill of Lading. If you don't request a liftgate but need one, there may be delays and added fees.

Each individual pallet has its own shipping label and unique 12-digit tracking number. You can track your shipment online or with the World Cargo Mobile app.
