How do I file a claim for a damaged package?
Select "File a claim" from the subject dropdown in the form above, include your tracking number and a description of the damage. You can also email support@worldwidecargo.online directly with photos of the damaged package.
Can I change the delivery address after shipping?
Address changes may be possible depending on the shipment status. Contact our team as soon as possible with your tracking number and the new delivery address and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
